Q1. How Covid has affected you as an individual , as an student of teacher education?

 During the Covid Lockdown effected everything  everywhere but education effected badly .As a student I face lot of difficulties in education . When our online classes start in starting I don’t have any experience about online classes . In online classes I face internet ,light and laptop problem when everything  is arranged then its very difficult for me to use new online platform . when these  problem is solved after that in online classes I cant properly  Concentrate in class like physical class . In online classes time is too short that’s why teachers didn’t explain every topic in detail in physical classes  we can ask question on every confusion  in online classes teachers  didn’t respond to every student because of time . In online classes everything I  prepare mostly behalf of myself in physical classes I can take help of classmate and teachers .

Q2. What challenges will you face if you become an online teacher someday ?

If i become a online teacher so I will face some challenges first I face time management then student interaction  that is very important for studies then student concentration  that is so important in class mostly these thing happen in online classes and how will the I that all the student are concentrate in class . In online classes  I can’t explain every topic in detail because in online classes I can’t manage the time like physical class  and I can’t  respond every question if I give the answer to every student question then when I will teach them . These challenges I will face in online classes as a teacher

Q3 What is motivation?

Motivation mean needs and desires . It is the process of stimulating people to action to accomplish the goals. If someone is not interested In studies when someone tell  him studies is very easy and after studies you can get a good gob you can get respect in society that is motivation

What is intrinsic motivation?

Intrinsic motivation is doing something without any obvious external rewards. You do it because it's enjoyable and interesting, rather than because of an outside incentive or pressure to do it, such as a reward or deadline

What is extrinsic motivation ?

Extrinsic motivation refer to behavior that is driven by external rewards . These reward can be tangible such as money and grads for example going to work because you want to earn money · Studying because you want to get a good grade .
