Extrinsic motivation  is very helpful for motivate student to learn online such as grade base . Online learning platform provide opportunity  for collaborative learning teacher should promote student interaction  by providing clear expectation and instructions  . Teacher should give them feedback . While mostly student are able to text and play game on computer they often do not understand how to use technology as an educational tools and skills so  teacher  should clear instruction on how to use the platform and give learners a chance to practice with an ungraded  assignment first .Give clear and direct instruction for assingments . This way learner develop confidence  and a positive attitude . In online learning teacher should increase self regulate learning in student self regulate learning is very important for online learning . Online learning develop new skills and attitude that a student need to learn for online learning environment . In online learning teacher should promote interaction between student to student and teacher to student . Student and teacher interaction is mostly motivating research shows student interaction increase collaborative learning in interaction every student is participate .Teacher should give them choice for study when student have choice what they study they are more motivate

Article 1 Reflection

This article is about incorporating asynchronous videos into educational activities . During the lockdown teachers use different platform for online classes .Most of the teachers chose teaching in part because they enjoy student interaction they are not satisfy to teach online . In an effort to develop that connection many faculty use videoconferencing software such as zoom ,Meet  ,MS team  first its very difficult to use these platform everyone is together at the same time and  everyone can present ideas divide the class in breakout rooms and talk to student face to face synchronous video teaching has some powerful benefit  and some disadvantages also  time management is a huge problem for every student  and student can’t concentrate all the time in class .Long video conference is not good for physical and psychological health . In video conference teacher should present a question in class for student discussion teacher should give feedback to student on assingments

Article 2 Reflection 

In this article I learn how children read differently from books vs screens . In this pandemic year those children who want to increase their reading they have  best opportunity to reads books from internet because of lockdown classes are online so student do their work with the help of internet .Internet design many platform for student they can read books easily and quickly without much efforts . For  the  early reader print is better print make it easier for parent and children to interact with language  question and answer that is called dialogic reading it increase reading desire in children

When kids enter  in digital space they have access  to find books for reading from different websites if they are unable to open these website we should help them and motivate them for reading books . children should be able  how read a passage for enjoyment  , how to reflect . Seeing the information on the page may help a student see a book as something with a structure rather than just text from which you grab some quick information
